Built around how menopause actually feels

Not a generic health app with menopause bolted on. Track your symptoms, see if your HRT is helping, and walk into every appointment prepared.

HRT & treatments

Add when you started, changed, or stopped HRT or any other treatment. Sage compares the weeks before and after, so you can see if it's actually helping.

Doctor visit countdown

Set the date of your next appointment and Sage counts down with you, so you walk in with enough logged days for a useful report.

Doctor Report PDF Premium

Opens with key points: how your treatment is going, mood vs last month, your top symptom, and a possible trigger. Then the details, in one clean PDF.

Quick Log + hot flash timer

One tap starts the timer, one tap stops it. It keeps counting on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so at 3 AM you can go straight back to sleep.

Daily check-in in a minute

Tap how you feel, rate each symptom from 1 to 5, mark your triggers, and add a private note. Add your own symptoms and triggers too.

Color-coded symptom calendar

Each day is colored by how you felt — green for good, red for hard. Patterns you'd never notice day to day jump out at a glance.

Trigger analysis Premium

Sage compares your good and bad days and shows what actually makes things worse — coffee, stress, poor sleep — from your own data, not guesswork.

Trends over 7, 30, 90 days

See which symptoms are easing, which are getting worse, and where your treatment changed. 7-day trends are free; 30 and 90 days come with Premium.

Private by design

Everything lives on your phone. No cloud, no account, no server ever sees your health information. Your diary stays yours.

For the second half

It's not random.
It's perimenopause — and it's worth tracking.

Hot flashes at 2pm. Brain fog on Monday. A good week out of nowhere.

Night sweats that wake you up. Anxiety that appears from nowhere. Days you feel completely fine.

Written down, it stops being noise and starts being a pattern.

Perimenopause can last up to 10 years. Most women go through it without a single tool designed for them. Sage is that tool.

A menopause tracker that respects your privacy

Common questions

Is Sage free?

Yes. Daily check-in, Quick Log with the hot flash timer, HRT and treatment tracking with before/after insight, the doctor visit countdown, the current-month calendar, custom symptoms and triggers, reminders, and 7-day trends are free forever. Premium adds 30 and 90-day trends, all trigger patterns, the Doctor Report PDF, and full calendar history, with a 7-day free trial.

Can Sage show if my HRT is working?

Sage lets you add when you started, changed, or stopped HRT, a supplement, or any other treatment. It compares the weeks before and after: how often hot flashes, night sweats, or anxiety showed up and how your mood changed. Sage shows patterns in your own data; it does not give medical advice, so talk to your doctor about your treatment.

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

No. Sage works fully offline and never asks you to sign up. All your symptom, mood, and note data is stored only on your phone.

What happens to my data if I lose or replace my phone?

Sage has no cloud of its own, so nothing is stored on our servers. Your diary is included in your regular iPhone backup (iCloud or computer), and restoring a new phone from that backup brings it back. If you turn device backups off, the data lives only on that phone.

Can I share my symptoms with my doctor?

Yes. Sage generates a Doctor Report PDF that opens with key points (how your treatment is going, what got worse after a change, mood vs last month, your top symptom, and a possible trigger), followed by your symptoms, triggers, trends, and notes. Set your next doctor visit and Sage counts down so you have enough logged days for a useful report.

Is Sage available on Android?

Sage is available now on iOS. Android testing opens soon; leave your email on this page and we will invite you when it is ready.

Is Sage a medical device?

No. Sage is a personal symptom diary for perimenopause and menopause. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider about your symptoms.
